Fruit & Cheese Plate
  • 1 ripe pear
  • Bertozzi Parma Flakes or Bertozzi Parma Sticks
  • 4 or 5 mint leaves
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 or 5 figs (optional) 
  • Peel and slice the pear vertically.
  • Place slices in fan shape on one side of a dessert plate.
  • If used, cut figs in quarters and alternate with pear slices.
  • On other side of plate, put Bertozzi Parma Flakes or Sticks.
  • Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar and garnish with mint leaves.
