Heirloom Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- Heirloom tomatoes (sliced in half)
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Basil
- Bertozzi Flakes
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix the lemon juice, honey, cider vinegar, and olive oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange tomatoes, onion and salad leaves on serving plates and drizzle over plenty of dressing.
- Top with Bertozzi Parma Flakes, chopped basil and lemon zest.
