Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
  • 3 arge potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • ½ cup Bertozzi Freshly Grated
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • 
Slice potatoes into wedges and toss in oil, salt and pepper.

  • Sprinkle Bertozzi Freshly Grated and Rosemary.
  • 
Roast for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

  • Serve sprinkled with more Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt, pepper and rosemary.
