Baked Potato Wedges 

Ingredients
- 3 arge potatoes
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2.5 tbsp rosemary, chopped
 - ½ cup Bertozzi Freshly Grated
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°.
 - Slice potatoes into wedges and toss in oil, salt and pepper.
 - Sprinkle Bertozzi Freshly Grated and Rosemary.
 - Roast for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
 - Serve sprinkled with more Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt, pepper and rosemary.
