Fruit & Cheese Plate
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pear
- Bertozzi Parma Flakes or Bertozzi Parma Sticks
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
- 4 or 5 figs (optional)
Preparation
- Peel and slice the pear vertically.
- Place slices in fan shape on one side of a dessert plate.
- If used, cut figs in quarters and alternate with pear slices.
- On other side of plate, put Bertozzi Parma Flakes or Sticks.
- Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar and garnish with mint leaves.
